I thought it was MUCH better than the first.

But it ИИИИs me that they again left the ending open to a third movie.

i never seen the first one but i picked up fairly quickly on the charactors and overly enjoyed it, and bout the ending....its like sooo many other movies where they leave it open for a sequel, take XXX state of the union. last like 10 seconds of that movie made you think hmm wonder if there will be another. which generates even more interest/hipe for when/if another movie comes out.

Very cool movie. The way Alexander dies is kinda crappy, but hey.

I hope they make a third... and yes, Kate is awesome!

I thought that it was a pretty damn good movie. I really liked the first one and it's not often that the second movie is just as good but this one is

I remember reading somewhere a few years back when the first one came out that it was planned as a trilogy, so we should get another one in a few years.

I hated all the flashback sequences in it... It was like they were treating the audience as 2 year old kids with no short term memory. I mean come on... get rid of the flash backs, and get rid of the haunting commentaries as well - and it would have improved on the movie even more.

went and saw this last night and man I thought it was great!!! Action a plenty...
But yes I tend to agree with parawolf, no need to waist our time with flash backs. I seem to think with the ending that there could even be a 3rd Underworld?
The Directer Len Wiseman is Kates husband in real life....bet he was gritting his teeth in that scene that we all enjoyed??

went and saw it 2day, it is a good followup to the first

As for the ending all movies now have done that and left room for a sequal just incase the movie is a sucess it will make for an easy transistion

Yep, they planned a sequel (Evolution) and a prequel.

But then again I think Kate in latex, is the major drawcard for a lot of people, so if they made a prequel, it wouldn't feature her so much.
