Default 2014 Mondeo Wagon "Bit"

Hi Guys,
Odd one, my 2014 Mondeo Wagon (Diesel Auto) has a interior plastic panel on the rear hatch missing - any ideas what the heck it's called and where I can get one?

One is present, the other isn't... (pix attached)

This is on the wagon rear door - for rear cargo area illumination...

It's bound to have a proper name - anyone? Bueller?

Cheers
Richard

Is yours a MC 2014 or MD 2014 as 2014 is the change year between the two models. Its called a "rear light cover cluster".

A VIN would help ID the right part.

Hi Richard and welcome,

FWIW, your one looks a different shape from the one on my 2013 MC - see photo. I'm guessing yours is an MD.

Also, as you'll see, there's no interior light included in mine. The light is only in the Right Side cover.

Try your local wreckers yards? It won't be a high demand part.

Yeah, figured as much - was just wanting to know what the part was called - just in case an eBay search might've found one for $10

Cheers,
Richard

Just had a look - there doesn't appear to be a globe fitting in that one anyway - so it might be the same! just a blank plate...

Cheers,
Richard

So yours is a 11/2013 Build MY14 Mondeo.

Have a look at the image below part circled.

Its description says "COVER ASSY - REAR LIGHT CLUSTER". RH has part number BS71N454A28AC3ZHE and LH 7S71N454A29AD3ZHE. Obsolete from Ford but eBay search of part numbers might help like eg below:
