Just purchased a Focus Sport last week and was wondering if there is a way to adjust / change color / turn off this feature?
Currently this displays a red color. Checked the user manual and it seems that I may not have the control knob next to the sun visor. Can this be adjusted from the computer menu? Cheers |

I was under the impression that only the titanium had the variable colour lighting.

Australian models for some reason missed out on this feature, we can only turn it off in the convenience menu between the speedo. The picture above is from the MyFord Touch System, thats currently not available in Australia. However in europe the physical controls are available where MFT isn't. I have no idea if we can add it or not, I know if you have a sunroof you'd need to replace that switch as well. That the control by the way:

If ambient lighting is turned on, is it suppose to stay on all the time while driving or only comes on when a door is opened and then goes off after a predefined time? Mine is staying on & I just wanted to check that this is normal.
