Default Driving lights from USA

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying a set of driving lamps, they tend to be a lot cheaper from the USA, would those be the same as ours or would they be pointed the other way?

Thanks much.

Driving lamps?? what sort..

As in highbeam spot lights?? They arent dipped in any direction as they are to run on highbeam...

Or are you talking about foglamps??

Big difference. Whatever you buy make sure it has an E stamp...

Similar to highbeam spot lights, except they're "spread beam", wide rather than long. Only used with highbems.

Well, seeing as they are for left hand drive cars, you'd probably need to mount the LH one on the drivers side, and the RH on the passenger side and you should be right. And if you're not joking with your question, I'm not joking with the reply either.

If the glass lens has no pattern stamped in it you will be ok however if there is a pattern forget it.

I was thinking they are aimed in the opposite direction like headlights, I'm going to givei t a miss to be safe and just shell out the few extra hundred.
