Hey Everyone!
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these? http://www.uniflow.com.au/contents/media/l_tt%20cut.jpg Ive got one on my motorbike and it seems to work? Would it let too much dirt through tho? Best thing going for it is a bit of turps and filter oil and it'll last forever! Let us know what you think Cheers, Jason

I have used these filters before and highly recommend them.
I perceived and increase in throttle response and reduced my petrol consumption from 13L/100km to 11L/100km around town, while freeway/highway consumption was as low as 8L/100km. There was the added bonus of a nice induction sound too, which made the naive believe that I had made some king of major engine modification......and I was happy for them to believe this. A bonus is that they are Australian owned and made. Pretty rare now. I figure that if foam elements are best for motocross bikes, which are the closest off-the-shelf vehicle to their pro racing counterparts, then they must be pretty good. I say go for it! |

I only discovered them last night. I'm convinced because of the modern 4 stroke dirt bikes which chew rings like theres no 2moro and still run foam filters. they have been around for ages! thanks lads ![]()
