Hi pondy, good to hear you found your problem mate! There's plenty of threads on obd2 stuff for AU's if you do a AFF search, hopefully you'll come across something that will help.
Hesitation could be coilpack (if you already did leads & plugs), inlet manifold gasket damaged or loose bolts, the tick could be oil related if its from the topend Imo, do you know the location of the tick? If you've got over 200,000km on the clock, I would consider replacing your fuel pump soon. cheer's, Maka
