Hi all,
New to the forum, ive got a 2005 LS zetec hatch and i am looking at upgrading the rims. Just wondering what sort of width i can go out to. Im currently looking at some 18x8.5s with a 40 offset. Is anyone running a similar setup? |

18 x 8 is OK, I'm not 100% on 18 x 8.5.
Your offset is OK though - recommended between 38 and 52 for the Focus if I recall correctly. |

Talking about wheels does anyone know the size of 18" MA Mondeo wheels as I'm keen on a set when my current tyres wear out.

XR5s have 8" width WITH the steering limiter
So 8.5" without the steering rack limiter on your LS Zetec may cause a rubbing issue. I wouldn't purchase these wheels without a trial fitment |

Also, just went into a wheels shop, and the guy said id fit 8.75's on without scrubbing. I dont think hes right, but id be curious if they could fit them under, especially when lowered.

I thought they limited the turning circle on the performance models with the wider wheels.
