Does anyone know how to remove the front bumper bar off a ea falcon

any help

Undo the 2 clips on the sides.
From under the car at the front theres 4 nuts to undo, you can see them from underneath once undone pull the bumper forwards.

yeah just keep twisting them u might think that they are gonna break but they withstand a bit, i thought i was gonna break mine but they need a fair bit of tention before they do twist.
