ok if its a 3 speeds 3.9l duel fuel is it multi point or single point, if its single point 3 speed i wouldnt bother bout puttin a shift kit in as its not gonna make the car quick just wasting money for no purpose

Its a MultiPoint, just wondering how much of a difference it would make, in a week or so the car will have: redback extractors, 2.5inch redback sports exhaust, 1604 wade cam and a power chip all installed.

mmkay thats changes a bit, your better off bolting a t5 (if your budget will allow) in instead of puttin a shift kit on a 3 speed, if your gonna work the trans make sure u put a stall convertor on it that should change how slow the auto's are off the line

The guy said he's a n00b at working on cars, so a manual conversion might be a little bit out of his league guys.

If i was goiong to keep the 3 speeder, a shift kits not realy done much on them as iyt requires valve body mods, A simply mod to get the 3 speed box changing good is to tighten the kick down cable up, it will hold gears longer and shift harder, just dont go to tight or it will hold gears way to long and it will ИИИИ u off
