Except for you mate, you're not invited to the group hug with an attitude like that.

Once again, this is the Bar - anything goes.

To a point yes but this a Ford site first and foremost - not a "jump on and post anything in the bar cos its ok" site.

Don't be such a sookie. If we wanna talk Fords we go elsewhere on this site, simple. And who says it's not a "jump on and post anything in the bar cos its ok" site?! Off topic comes here.

And then you wonder why you always miss out... sheesh.

Of course years later with the aid of a MMM radio advertised lawyer, this article and the services of a crackpot repressed memory specialist, the girl will successfully sue and bankrupt her sister for the sexual harassment she will claim deeply affected her entire life.

The world in which we live in!

I have just read the introduction to "THE BAR" and quickly scanned over some of the posts. I dont believe this content is out of context. As i do not see your name in the bottom right hand corner of this page, could you do me the courtesy of keeping your opinions on my posts to yourself. If the moderators believe i am off line , im sure they would've notified me.

Big fan of the group hug idea. Also, if you dont want to read stuff that isnt about fords, dont go into the off topic thread where people post about stuff that arent fords.

His name may not be in the bottom right hand corner in this section of the forum, but he is indeed part of the moderation team. The comments were fair and well placed, your high horse is not required in response to what was a suggestion rather than a demand. Whilst I dont have any problem with you posting schmuzz I do have a problem with you use of "keep your opinions to yourself" and lack of respect for others.

In understanding that this is a public forum , AS I DID IN AN EARLIER THREAD AND RETRACTED "MYSELF" FROM A HEATED DEBATE, without intervention,my presence here on the forums is one of friendship and learning, not angered replys . I publicly appologise for this misconception.

And so with the money from the successful lawsuit she immediatly goes out and buys a Ford Fairlane.
See now it's Ford related. :nutsycuck

Those that have a problem with a moderator should be sending a PM the the admins, not taking it upon themselves to have a god at them. We won't tolerate attacks on mods.. full stop. It doesn't matter if you feel justified, you don't try to duke it out in public and potentially get yourself in trouble over it.
If anyone at any time has any problems with any moderator, the admins should be notified. If the complaint is justifed then it will be dealt with, if not.. then it will be explained.

Let's see, what does this have to do with Fords?

Firstly we are a group of Ford enthusiasts.

Secondly some of us have families (we're not all nineteen and twenty year olds), have just had additions to the family, or are expecting additions to the family.

Some of the entries into the world haven't been the easiest ones, I don't expect the birth of mine and the Maddestmans baby to be the easiest (touch wood I'm incorrect).

The human touch has been proven to be the most healing force there is in the world. To see that these premature babies in one incubator, one arm over the other is also showing that this is something that is known or felt from birth.

To young single people this thread may be as relevant as the Song Title thread or the wrinkles thread (no offence Bindi). To others it may be quite touching to see these two little girls fighting for their lives, with one sister quite obviously letting the other know that she is there with her.

Maybe if there where more people reaching out to touch each other and kinder words spoken in public forums there wouldn't be so many members being banned or feeling like they're being gagged from expressing their true feelings.

I don't know if any of the mods have realised but there have been quite a few less posts from some regular members. I'm not going to speak for them as to why that is.

Think about what it feels like when someone reaches out to you when you're down or sick, or what a difference a kind word can make to your day.

Have a great day!

Could be the endless stream of totally unrelated re-posts from people magazine articles and off the internet might just be deterring posters too!

This is the bar, and yes its general interest, but much of this stuff hold little interest to the majority!

I'm not saying every post must contain references to crankshafts and carburetors to be acceptable but I'd ask people to remember that that others have access to google.com from their browsers too. There are a million sites out there devoted to pure tripe, we don't really need to participate in that trend.

What is not of interest to some may be a little or a lot of interest to others. If I don't like the thread I just don't go back to it and I hope it goes away and never comes back unlike some threads which I don't like or see the value in that keep on being regurgutated but some people get a kick out of different things which makes us all different and we all respect others likes and dislikes which is tolerance and its tollerance which makes us different to the terrorists.
