too many fords

When I'm at idle in gear the car has started to idle a bit crappy. Its almost stallled a couple of times. just wondering as the plugs and leads need replacing would this be the ccause or is it something else?

mine does this aswell, when i first kick it over for the day, clutch in it feels like its gonna stall, only happens for 2 - 5 secs then its fine for the rest of the day. I dont think its anything major cause my car runs fine =)
