Default Removing Rear Seat Belts

Currently having a few issues in trying to remove the rear left seat belt. Basically it is rooted and will no longer retract. I am trying to get it out to see if something i jamming it and if not will have to replace.

I removed the plastic on the inside of the C Pillar but can't work out where the actual belt unit is bolted in and how to get it out??

you need to removed the bottom of the rear seat, just pull up at the front on the left and right side of the seat, the bottom bolt for the belt is under the back seat, and i think the reel is under the side bolster or just under the parcel shelf, you may need to fold the back seat down then unclip the trim in the boot.
