Default Brake Vaccum leak

I'm hearing a sucking noise from brake pedal on ed. goes away when brake or acc. is applied. any hints on what to check or replace?

if brake vacum was leaking u wouldnt have any brakes i dont think?

Yes you would have brakes, they would just be hard.

no cruise and everythings standard. and the brakes feel fine. so it's just annoying. must just be a rubber seal somewhere. I dont really understand why it goes away when I apply brakes or accelerator. Its just a air sucking sound.
