We'd have to swap tyres though because I just spent over $400 on new tyres!
Nah, seriously, Turbo Blades can look good with a nice polish. On the other hand, mine just look crap. The nicest looking turbo blades I have ever seen were on a boat trailer, of all things. I would have loved to swap them with my blades! They were heavily polished and put the 13" steelies (complete with black paint) on my Dad's boat trailer to shame!

$200 seems like a bit much to me, although I guess it also depends on the yres that are coming with them...

Nah they're crap. You can have the centre caps if you want though, the weight saving should cut 0.2 seconds down the 1/4 :P

The rims match the (lack of/patchy) pearl on my roof! And they appear to have kissed many a gutter. The only downside is I need to find some nuts from somewhere that suit (those long-necked ones), as I was gonna have some fun at a mate's place (asphalt courtyard!) with the turbo blades but we couldn't swap the buggers over! So I just went paddock drifting instead.

It might be a lot easier to get the center caps off you than to travel out to Kilmore to get some others. What condition are they? Your rims look about as good as mine! They are all scratched up and have hit plenty of gutters. They require a good polish.

One of the centre caps is missing a little bracket, and both rims are scratched to buggery and have the protective coating peeling off.

You're welcome to them mate (the centre caps :P) any time you want them, but you're probably better off getting the kilmore ones.

Why not have the kilmore ones posted? It'll only cost like $3 or so!

Yeah. That'd be great sending them in an envelope. They'd end up in the same condition as the ones i'm replacing!

Am I the only that thinks the ad looks a little suss, only one rim pictured, most probably the spare wheel?
Although as long as the tyres are 70-80% tread $200 is still ok even if 4 of the rims are in average condition.

Is it just me or does the car in the photos look like an AU? Who would put Turbo Blades on an AU? They aren't any bigger than the standard rims and they are way too old for the car.

Yes I would swear that they are on an AU/BA too.
$200 with nuts & tyres isn't bad as RRP for the nuts is 20 X $5.00. I paid $80 for mine with nuts & no tyres but that was only 4 wheels.

My brother worked at a Ford dealer so he got me new chrome nuts for $2.50 each.
