Hi Guys,
Yesterday, i put a set of new ngk spark plugs($4.60 each from repco) as the car was having a slight miss every minute or so. To my suprise they were the original denso motorcraft plugs that have been in the car from new or might have been replace at the 50000km service. Although i doubt it because the log books show an independant servo did the service so i don't think they would have used denso plugs. Dry fouling on them from carbon build up over the last couple of years. Anyway the miss is gone, back to a nice silky smooth idle again. The car has picked up even more power now since putting the pacemakers on friday afternoon. If i was to line up my old mpi EA falcon at the lights now, it would be so funny, i would put 5 car lengths on the old girl. Cheers Luke.
