My car is becoming more sluggish to start these days... i have already replaced the battery with a 600CCA unit after it was flat last time...
I have no idea what needs to repaired/replaced... but i'm starting to think that my alternator isnt pumping in enough juice and my starter motor is getting pretty sad... Any other suggestions?

mine takes about 4-5 cranks every time, and on the coldest mornings would sometimes require 2 starts!
I dont know if letting the fuel pump prep before turning the key to start helps...

Are you saying the engine is cranking slow..if its is, grab a Ohms Meter and check the voltage at 1500 rpm with the head light on, and it should be 13.8v min. to 14.8v Max..If thats ok,check your leads at the battery and starter motor and battery and earth..Chassis and make sure there not frayed. Also check the cable from the chassis and the engine casing...If thats all ok..this is rare but it could be the windings in the starter motor shorting out and loading your battery...hope this helps
