Default XMAS Party

FPV & XR Owners Club Christmas Party

When: Sunday 3rd December 2006
Where: Chesterfield Farm,
Ferntree Gully Road
Scoresby
Time: From 11:30 am
BYO: Drinks, rugs/chairs and an optional gift for your kids from Santa.

Your club is paying for the day for members – both admission and your roast lunch. There is a farm show at 2pm, and trophies will be handed out.
LUNCH WILL BE SERVED AT 12:30PM SHARP.
As mentioned, all members are paid for - if you have family membership, this includes your family as well. If you have single membership, then partners/kids will need to be paid for. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for kids.
We require a $5 deposit from all members (again like last year this will be refunded on the day) and all partners and kids monies are payable by November 19th
Santa will be stopping by, so if you choose to, bring a gift to the value of about $15 and he can hand it out.

Remember all members are being paid for by the club! This day is about bringing the family along to enjoy the day and catch up with others.......

You MUST RSVP to this....... either pm or events1@fpvxrclub.com

Now that we have the little pup, we tried to see if we could bring her along on Sunday but, even though she's only 8 weeks, they said No..... :
Oh well, had to ask....
