Default 1998 Festiva

Hi guys and gals,
Any info on the good and bad points of this car. My daughter is picking up one on Monday. I drove it, seems good.

I think Zetec may be your man. I'm sure Matts' first car was a Festiva

Good... probably it's a good, reliable, A-to-B car.
Bad... one star safety rating. (if you care about that kind of stuff).

Yeah bad (in this day and age) safety rating. Heavy steering unless optioned with power steering. Interior is very basic with ALOT of hard plastics. Engine and Transmission from Mazda (fairly bulletproof) [and ancient] OK A to B car, not a long distance tourer.
