Default Dilemma

I know many ppl have been in this spot before, so i was looking for some help...

2 problems...

1) My best friend ever in the whole world cheated on her 2.5 year long boyfriend while he was away in Malaysia for RAAF... The boyfriend knows that she went driving with the guy, but doesn't know about the Kiss.... Do I leave it up to them or not?

2) Another mate was having sex in the back of my car (without consent) and her boyfried (also father of their daughter) was out the back of the house with the party... do i tell the boyfriend???

One part of me says "it's their problem" but the other says "they need to know"

-Confused!!! :

I don't envy you mate at all.

No easy answers, best advice is go with your heart and do what you think is best, either way it can blow up in your face, you tell them, you lose a freind, you don't tell them the other gets cranky because you should have sadi something.
I would ****ed as hell though about having sex in your car without your consent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same, I'd stay out of it too. Somehow the messenger always get the blame from someone

I agree with Asylum Seeker, stay out of it and you keep your nose clean! But if it was me that got cheated on id wanna know!!!

Maybe try giving these two ppl (cheaters) the biggest guilt trips ever and hope they have some sort of soul and own up to their mistakes?!

Been through plenty of these sort of things. Just stay out of it you will save yourself some trouble.

Oh yeah you might want to watch how much you drink around them also cause thats when its more likely to come out.

Okay in the second story, the father of the kid is my boyfriends best mate, and the mother was the one in my car. So i feel like i am letting a close friend down if i dont tell him...

Tell your mate who did the wrong, that they need to tell the person, and then stay out of it. Or go with Nick's idea. If you want, I'll tell em. Give me name and numbers.

Anonymous message. Get a guy to say it. I'm sure someone on the forums would gladly help out...

Perhaps do a "I know what you did last night"

Hmmm I have been sitting back and finding all these replies very interesting indeed.

I think that you should stay out of it Masters darlin, you never know what the situations may be (could be swingers or people in an open relationship?!) and I agree with everyone else that it could come back to bite you somewhere nasty.

No no no schweetie, I didn't mean I have dirt on you... I meant the general statement that extra marital sex is bad.

Thanks heaps guys, ends out that My best mate (no 1) told her b/f already and they will sort it out when he gets back from Malaysia.

Number 2, I am gonna leave them alone... a few other people know about it, so i am sure they will find out sooner or later anyway... so i am leaving it up to someone else to break the ice.... Best of both worlds, they find out and i am not involved!!!
