Not surprising really. The ST is a cult symbol over there, so they'd be drooling at the thought of the RS. Not only that, but it's an amazing car!! Only downside is the FWD.

Im reserving judgement on that til i read what the journo's in the Uk think.... If they say it torque steers like an Astra VXR then it will be a dogs bollocks... If that trick diff gets the power down well, then teh decision to go FWD as opposed to AWD is justified....

I hope it kicks the VXR between the teeth.............

Good point. I doubt it's gonna torque steer unless under heavy acceleration. It's got an LSD in it, so that should take care of most of it.
Considering the ST kicks the VXR Nurburgring in the bum, I think we can safely say that the RS is already better than the VXR!!

Download the latest 5Th Gear episode. (Torrent here.http://www.finalgear.com/shows/fifthgear/14/5/)

She drives the latest Focus ST Against the Nurdburg VXR, Doesn't rate the VXR at all!!!!

Would love to see what a RS does..
