Hi All

Just Like Know I Have Installed A Rebuilt Brake Master Cylinder. Which Was My Old One . That Got Rebuilt .
I Installed The The Master Cylinder And Bleed The Brake Cylinder. And Wow. What A Fantastic Peddal.
Took The Car For A Spin . And About 20mins Of Driving The Car Locked Up All Four Wheels .
I Just About C....p My Pants ..lucky I Was Driving Slow ..
Iam On The Side Of The Road . I Rang Up A Mate Of Mine . He Said Unbolt The Two Nuts That Hold The Brake Cylinder To The Servo . And Brake Them Apart . The Car Then Should Roll Freely . And It Did .
He Then Said In The Servo Should Be A Bolt You Can Adjust . Adjust It In .and I Did . Took It For A Drive And Bang Again Same Thing .
After Three Times . Iam Realy Getting Over It .. Whay And Why Is It Doing It ..
Has Anyone Got Any Ideas On This One Please

Could be the booster creeping, not common but possible creeps without input from your brake pedal, disconnect the boater, be careful and see if the problems goes away

The rod from the booster to the master cylinder is very sensitive to adjustment. I had a similar effect where the front disks were binding (hot and smelly!!) after 0.5km around the block on final reassembly on my project. The workshop manual has the precise booster-rod/cylinder-cup clearances you need (See extract below).

Haven't heard of booster creep, but plausible at least.

Who reassembled your brake master cylinder ? Reputable firm with old-skool knowledge?
Was it done correctly? (I'm thinking about the plug in the bottom of the front brake fluid chamber which prevents the cylinder from returning too far, with I suspect but unproven, cumulative increase in brake line pressure whenever you press the brakes.)

-----------------
Ford Australia manual, Brakes Sec2. Pg 14
19. Before setting the pushrod, vacuum must be introduced into the unit. Connect a suitable length of hose from the inlet manifold to the non-return-valve, start the engine and allow it to run for a few minutes. Check the distance that the push rod is below the front shell. To do this, place a straight edge across the front shell above the push rod and measure the gap using feeler guages. This must be 0.011 to 0.016 in. (0.28 to 0.40 mm).

After setting, apply two drop of a suitable sealer (e.g. Loctite) to the threads of the domed adjusting bolt to lock it into position.
