Default Ford Escape brake question

Hi Matt,
I just picked up a 2004 Ford Escape as a daily runabout... crikey! the thing has rear drum brakes.
Not exactly a high performance brake question... but do you have anything middle-of-the-road for these vehicles?
Disks? Pads? Drums?
Whats on there now might still be ok, but as its new to me I'm doing a major service on it so I know its all good.
Cheers,
Joe.

You can get RDA slotted rotors and they do a 4 x 4 pad as well but others also do some 4 x 4 pads so there should be no problem finding something a lttle better.
