Default Cam Diallling .What sort of power from cam dialling have you got?

Just wondering how good is adjusting a cam with a vernier in real life?Maybe Some dyno figures or even times?

Yeh 12 rwkw, the idle was $hit before the dialling in without the vernier, improved alot after the dialling in. I think the cam was massively retarded before I put the vernier in. Mind you I would steer clear from the Crow Stage 2, but you probably know that already!

Wow so all that crap about advancing the cam and killing top end power cannot be true. From your experience and a couple of others that I have heard,a cam has a timing point which optimises everything. I suppose without a dyno that driving the car will reveal after each adjustment if its good.
