Broken Hill Christmas Pageant


any one tell me what sort of car is this a left hand drive and tiny

1969 Blue wagon 1974 XB owned 3 of them
Numerious others but I always went back to ford

OMG!! where were the nanny police??
Those children should be wearing helmets, gloves, gas masks for the exhaust, body suits, googles, full harness seat-belts and have their feet concreted to the trailer floor. And if the truck driver doesn't have a blue card, then all those children are surely damned. Well that's what the Gummint tells us.

Me thinks Broken Hill needs to upgrade Fire Dept rigs.

Tonz they spent $500 upgrading that one with new beer fridge

Pedro most of these kids are Broken Hill born and bred not city kids

and some of them on one of those floats are from School of the air and those kids are off station around the area of far west and many of them are driving cars and farm trucks long before they even allowed to drive on the road

it was a fun day and I am sure safety was of the highest priority and the kids had a blast
