Default what oil is best for my falcon

nulon 10w40 synthetic oil high tec is it safe to use in my au2 gas only falcon with 80000 on the clock thanks beery.

Main thing with oil is to keep changing it on regular intervals...
Even if you use cheap oil...

I use Castrol Edge sport in my XR8, great oil in my opinion, better than what I used to use, but ill let that one go lol

ok like ive said before and earned a rep point for, every car is not the same what works great in one may not be right for the next..

with oils and fuel i suggest it comes down to trail and error.

not all our falcons get driven hard or slow all the time or do they get driven in the same environment, each engine is totaly different than the next in different conditions.

mate with this question i suggest take on board all the advise and trail it for a few months and see the best outcome for your car.

as for oil change again what ype of workload does your car go through does it run all the time is it just a sunday car or an everyday runabout..

choose your oil wisely trail it and see how quick it blackens or thins out then its up to you how often it should be changed.

i know its the more complex answer to your question but how long would you like your car to serve you?
