G/F's 08 WQ fiesta well not a problem just a PITA when the AC is on, and the vents are set to your face, it still sends icy air to your feet aswell. Also happens on must other setting aswell. I guess it does it with the AC off aswell its just more noticeable due to having the AC on. Is this normal any ideas?

Mine does bleed a small bit of air to the floor vents all the time, but not so much that I get cold feet when the A/C is on. The position dial is pretty sensitive though, if its not right on the face setting it lets a lot of air go to the feet vents.

As above, just make sure the dial is dead on the face and it helps.
Cheers
