my neighbour has a C200 which he has lowered quite a bit. Although it looks nice. The smoothness when driving the Merc has gone and its a very rough ride.

No problem.

The vehicle has been modified to give looks which while aesthetically pleasing, are detrimental to performance.

That thing will have about 20mm of suspension travel and would cast you off a corner at the first sign of mid corner ripples or corrugations.

Fine for a race vehicle that only runs on smooth tracks, close to dangerous on a road going vehicle.

Yeah, but you'll probably wake up as you head backwards through the shrubbery.

At least you'll look good doing it though, that's all that counts really isn't it?

They are prob too tight to pay insurance as well on it and if they have they prob haven't told the insurer about the mods but when it comes to claim they will complain about how the insurance company didn't pay for their damaged - yes of course its always the insurance company's fault

On another note

THE ONLY AWESOME E55 is a CHARGER !!!!!!!

Exactly -adverb
2. in every respect; just:
not exactly the same then :P

That said, it looks very nice, but I think perhaps a little odd, the lines of the wheel don't quite go with the lines of the body any more.
