Cool Engine Bay Done

G'Day all,

watcha all think of my painting skills lol id like to do more ive been told to polish the manifold but what else surely theres sumthing else there asking to be painted and that stupid header tank (coolant resivor) is gonna get replaced with a new one.

suits the white pretty good, what did u use to paint the rubber elbow?
was it the dyre stuff?

is blue on extractors engine enamel or hitemp paint(or just reflection)? Looks great would not worry too much about painting much else just go around and clean/replace any faded hoses etc.

looks good you should paint the extractors to match the blue you've used.. or get both the intake manifold and extractors done in HPC

looks very snazzy
every weekend i look into my engine bay and see grease oil seapage..dirt...unsightly cables and think...hell yeah i'll pull all that crap out..clean it...etc etc....then i get to the 1st thing in the way and have no idea wat it is and then get dishearted and think stuff it
wish i had a macked out engine bay

get a bottle of autosol and attack anything metal, doesn't come up any were near as good as removing it and sanding back first, but a lot easier to do if your as lazy as me!
looks very blue in there - nice job!

looks nice but u shoulda left the caps black. they have yellow highlights for a reason ;)

very clean also, your engine bay will look great with a new waterbottle!

lol niko yea im an apprentice mechanic so i knw what to pour under all the caps lol

and i attacked a few more things that black shroud/cover at the front (covers horns and goes around bonet release etc) i re done it black then gave it a gliter effect with the same sorta Chrome paint used on the caps
