LW Focus Spare wheel cover fix.

OK Have gone and purchased matching alloy for my new Focus sport
hatch and now the problems begin. Hold down bolt too short and the
factory cover board wont fit in raised position. Has anyone found a
hold down bolt that fixes this problem and anyone recomend a trimmer
that will make a new custom cover. Would like to have one that is raised
on the wheel and moulded down to fit onto existing foam spacers that
raised the height to support the factory setup. Any one have suggestions
please.? Any trimmers in Brisbane also can you help.??
