Third one is from rocker cover that goes into flexi rubber air intake hose between the airfilter box and throttle body.

Mine looks different to yours as its from an SVT.

Thanks REDDYZ!. Those pics are handy. Wouldn't of looked under that hose.
Fuel tank plug is one of those will or won't I dilemma's. I'll do a bit more research and try and find it's purpose.
