Default Dual control vehicles? No thanks!

My old man was the crappiest driver I've ever known.
He was always too busy yelling at us kids or abusing mum with both hands off the wheel to ever worry about what's going on on the road.

I would have insisted on getting my lessons without him...
(fortunately I didn't need to)
Was getting a drivers license less harrowing back 20 -30 years ago.
I think it was. I think they're a bit more pedantic on the minor details these days.

Actually my father wasn't the only one.
I wonder if I can option a new car with triple controls.

One for myself, since I'll be driving the car

One for the Mrs cause she's worse than the rally navigators
go slow, get ready to turn soon, don't forget the speed hump, bla, bla

and a third in the back for mother in law!
she's half blind and lost most her hearing but at 85 years old, she doesn't hesitate to correct my driving skills. Even the wife tells her to shoosh up!

(I've been married 20 years which means I've already served 2 life sentences and an extra one concurrently with the mother in law.)
