Excels were tin cans when new, and they had a roof. Imagine how much of that low rigidity it lost after the roof was hacked off.

I'm surprised the doors didn't pop open when it hit a pot hole.

I've seen an old valiant sedan get the same treatment, was a CM or VH maybe.. they have a little more rigidity though lol

slightly off topic, but a few vg hard top valiants did break half , the chassis rail broke.
