Question power mods for ke tx3 n/a

hey guys im new to ford forums, joined today.. i have a 1987 kc laser as my little run about and a 1987 ke tx3 for my little project i bought for $400, since i bought it i found a display folder with over 7 grand of receipts the previous owner has spent on it.. some of them are for full pedders suspension, urethane bushes and full new steering arms etc.. also a new motor was put in a few years back the only thing stopping me from driving it is i needa replace the head gasket... it has full extractors back exhaust with hiflow cat and lukey mufflers..

i was wondering other than air intake which is my next on the to do list after head gasket what could i do other than turbo to give it some more power?
thanks guys

Mate no point with the N/A. Best you'll get out the 1.6L B6 is like 50-70kw? After loads of cash. Bite the bullet, convert it to the 1.8L BP Turbo from a KF/KH TX3. Engine will cost around $800, add another $1k to put it in properly and you have a little rocket.
