Have just purchased a very original XM, but like every thing that old we have bits that dont work, could someone point me in the right direction to purchase a indicator self cancelling unit.
I am also having trouble finding out what the B represents in the vin number XMBFD 103579
Help would be appreciated.

My number is XMBED so off that chart it would mean a 1964 year and the month of August.

But its that B that is different. I have seen other threads that have had different 3rd letters. Could B mean Broadmeadows?
Is it that simple? What do the others means then? (R=?)
