Exclamation Focus LS/LT + Wheels

Hey peeps!

I've been thinking of getting wheels for my Focus LT Zetec Sedan.

I've searched on the threads and zetec20 had 20x7.5 on his car.

What is the biggest size wheels and offset that will fit the Focus?

Please post pictures of your focus if you have aftermarket wheels.

Yeah Zetecs rims were massive. Not sure of the biggest size. I've got 17", but I reckon anything larger than 18" looks a bit stupid on a small car. Like a bit of overkill. Personal opinion obviously. Especially Zetec20's lol. Didn't he have dinner plate chromies?

Bear in mind mine needs to be lowered something chronic. Can't wait for summer!!! Modification heaven! Got heaps(more) planned!!

8" at the front, 9" at the back.. Thats according to:
http://www.european-parts.net/catalo...roducts_id=421

20s is probably where speedo inaccuracy starts although I recon you can get 22s on there with some "adjustments". I mean the Queen St S2000 is on 26s or something crazy.

Well, I am currently in the process of getting adjustable coilover + airbag suspension for my Focus Zetec sedan.

I'll keep you all posted!

Hi fellas! I've just stumbled upon your forums. Anyhow, where in the European parts URL that states 8" at the front, 9" at the back?

Here is a pic of Andrea, my 2.0L TDCi!

Loder1899 8 x 18" or 9 x 19" rim Jacky silver or black, 40mm offset, 5 x108mm bolt pattern.

I don't think they'd sell you 9" wheels if they don't fit.

Thanks but it doesn't specifically say that the 8 x 18" is the maximum for the front and 9 x 19" for the back. My understanding is that it can fit either a set of 8 x 18" or 9 x 19" for both front and back, no?

I spoke to a wheel & tyre shop and they said 9" fits in the front but don't expect to turn like you use to.

Gday,

You make a good point. I just sort of made out thats what the page conveyed. Having bigger/wider rims on the back would make it look sweeter though. The standard rims sit about 4-5cm inside the guard when lowered.
