is the centre console part around the shifter the same in the auto as in the manual? does the tbar bit just pop out and the boot snap in or do i need the manual surround.

I bought one brand new from Ford. I think it was only about $27. Not worth trying to get one from the wreckers, they are usually buggered anyway.
