Unhappy Help!! Overhead light not turning on!!!!

I went to autobarn today to see about getting myself a new festoon bulb for my 07 CL focus. Got one, blue LEDs, but it didn't have an amp or voltage rating on the package, so I was a bit suss about it to start with. Then I plugged the thing in and not only was it a tiny bit too big that it bent the bulb holder, when I took it out and put the original one back in, it wouldn't even turn on. The bulb (original) doesn't look like it's broken or anything, just won't turn on. So now I'm stressing.
Please help!!!!!!

Have you checked the fuses?

Unlikely, but you may have gotten a 24v bulb, which broke the fuse.

Well I looked in the fuse box, but the guide in the manual doesn't exactly describe the location of the fuses very well. So I have absolutely no idea which fuse corresponds to the interior light. In the manual it says the fuse is number 80 in the fuse box, but there is no fuse 80. The lowest one is around 100 I think used:
