Ok we are definetly coming, just checked out the airfairs and there are some cheap ones on that weekend and it sure beats driving for 7.5 hours :voldar02:
Now all we need is for someone to pick us up and drive us around all weekend :evil_laug

No worries mate thanks for that.
I assume that you guys will be organising accomodation again, if so will it be at the same place as last year? Where ever it is can you please book us a room for the Saturday night.
Let me know the details of the accomodation and ill post it up in our section for all the ACTers.
Thanks again.

Okay folks.

This year the room bookings are taking a different format.

Hey folks
Sorry for any inconvenience caused by booking your own rooms as opposed to last year but there is a new person at the club in charge of bookings.
We either had to pay a $1500 deposit to cover ALL the rooms held, or ask guests to phone through their own bookings.

the latter won!

Please mention the 'fpv & xr club newcastle' name for your booking.

It looks as though it will be another good night, but with our friends from The ACT + ( Cabarita Beach) and Sydney, how could it be anything else!

Hey Rob,

I've got 9 names so far for 3FB and just waiting confirmation on the 10th.

What have we got to do to secure a table?

We are going to book our own accommodation in Town.

Didn't include you Adam as I noticed you had already organised everything with the ACT guys before I tried to russle up some interest.

I'm going to try and organise it so we meet up with the ACT crew on the way through Sydney.

No worries,

Only two people said that it was dead but they have nothing to do with us anyway.

I've spoken to Pat and the table has been booked. Thanks Rob, for giving her a heads up.

Adam, at this stage JR isn't sure whether he is still going to make it or not as it might be clashing with some thing else he was going to cover.

As soon as I find out what is happening, I'll let you know.
