I have a MC Zetec EcoBoost that I bought new in September. I'm very happy with it and I don't miss the few extra features the that the Titanium has. Your certainly won't be complaining about the performance or economy. Seeing as Ford is still advertising them at $34K drive away, I reckon you could get a 2011 EcoBoost for your price with plenty of warranty left, maybe even a newer demo model.
