Default Lowering my AUII XR6 HP

i wanna lower my car to the legal height ust wondering if anyone has any good places to go to or not to, suggestions about shocks springs etc btw im in Albury NSW/VIC border i have 1 qoute from pedders 750 inc 4 shcoks, springs, fitting wheels balance

Unless you plan to do it yourself, $750 will be hard to beat. Springs are around $260, shocks around $350, so $140 for fitting and alignment is pretty good.

Yep agree that is a good price. XR models use 4 struts (IRS) and you probably won't buy them under $400.

If you can do it yourself do it and reuse the same struts if they don't have excessive klms, You will save yourself a packet.
All depends how low you want to go though. If your going real low you will need different struts_2:

True - except for the bit about IRS. The HP came with Live axle (VCT & XR8 got IRS), so the rear shocks are just shocks and are around $120 a pair. The front struts are about $120 each.

The height adjustable coilovers are a good buy for the front. Mines King Pro-Sport (thanks for the contact JC) but I'm not sure if they still do them. Too low? Move em up! (As I had to after they settled down - too low!) Rears are a standard lower spring/shock combo.
