yep, max nos settings (100 for the WRX)
i made the car higher in the rear
and spring rate and damper settings have been softened too.

go into your garage, and then options... then down the bottom you can change your measurements...

it should be called measurements... its below the controller setup area

lol John, using my 2nd gear launch trick I see :P

I cleared my gear settings by mistake last night and have been having a bitch getting them right again, ran a 7.907 though.

i'd tried the 2nd gear launch before, but wasnt getting anywhere with it.
so i went back to my 3 speed approach :P
but then i fig'd i'd have to to get a 7.8 time.
there has to be more in it!

When I get some more credits I'll have a go at this comp and build a dedicated drag car. Seems the WRX is the weapon of choice for most people.

I can assure you that DK isn't really concerned about the hat but is just having a bit of fun like I hope everyone else is. The last competition was ruining a lot of people's fun because there were serious questions about the rules and whether everyone was following them and most people thought it was a good idea to scrap it and start with something where the rules would work to stop cheating and everyone could enjoy the challenge. If you have a problem with the competition or the rules then don't participate. Everyone who is participating is doing so because they're happy with the competition and happy to have those guys running it as they see fit. Its not a professional competition with massive prizes so it hardly matters that there was some teething problems in the first go. I'm sure most people don't even care if there's a prize at the end but are just happy to give it a go and see how they compare to others. Don't spoil the fun with some sour grapes about last time. Just lighten up and don't take it all so seriously.
