One off the Magazines in the reader contribution section there was a picture of an Old Fiat Truck with NSW personalised plates "FUGLY". I had to agree with the owner.

Adding to that X6 above, may I present the BMW 5-Series GT.

The GT was the answer to a question no one asked. It was supposed to blend the size and space of a 5-Series sedan with the flexibility of a lift back hatch and some X5 style ride height. The result was badly proportioned, ugly mess. Apparently it sold well in China, justifying a new generation now called the 6-Series GT.

I actually like heroic oddness, but for ordinary everyday ugliness I nominate the second and third generation Honda Jazz; tiny windows set in an over-styled mess of conflicting lines trying hard not to look like a fat lump.

Its interesting peoples perspectives, I don't rate any Mustangs aside from the 1993 SVT Cobra Mustang, 00s SVT Cobra Mustang and the FM Mustang which are my favorites.

Foxbody is an interesting departure from the formula, its a tough looking little car though.

Actually I don't mind the AMC Gremlin especially in its X -Pack disk braked 304 V8 form or better one of the 20 odd build with the 401 V8 (the Randall 401-XR) and there were much uglier AMC vehicles e.g the Pacer:

The Pacer's sort of cute, and I love the big windows, it's the blood-and-custard two-tone paint and fake wood paneling here that ruins it.
