But on a serious note, good god, I dont want to go back to single life ever again! Been with the gf 15 months on Wed (taking her for a ride in a Super Pursuit as a surprise anniversary pressie), but from what I remember of single life, deadset - teenage girls are the biggest P.I.T.A to attract. Oh and before anyone has a snipe at that one, Im 19 so : - I'm allowed to go for the young ones!

I remember a girl named Jess who was a quite noice brunette with large um......'accessories'. She was 16, I was 17 (this all happened back in yr 12) and she was and still is a Holden head. Wouldnt know an SV8 from a vacuum cleaner but nevertheless she was nuts about the holdens, f**k the rest.
Very nearly had moments with her, had both our schools thinking we were practically married and wasnt that fun (did it mainly to **** off my ex who was at the same school as me and hated every moment of the time i was with jess lol), but nothing ever really happened. Good thing was I met my current gf thru her (was one of her friends) and knowing what I do about Jess now I wouldnt touch her with a 10ft pole. So dont ask for her number lol.

I can tell you now that dinner is not great for a first date. Offer lunch, coffee or a drink (remind me, are you over 18?! lol). It's easier for a woman to accept something a bit more relaxed because dinner means alot more. You see, with dinner it means that she will be wondering a) who will pay, b) how to get away from you tactfully if it turns out she doesn't think it'll work and c) how to not end up in bed with you at the end of the night.

Option C is a bit of a difficult one. She may want you as something more and if she sleeps with you on the first date, some men (and some women) see this as the death knell to a future... if you get my meaning?

SSJ-yippee, in the imortal words of somebody, if at first you don't succeed, try and try again. Dinner is definately out, for a first date. Ask her to a movie, tell her you will get the Tickets, and she can get the popcorn. Make it an early film, so if you both hit it off, maybe a quick bite or a drink after could be a goer. Don't pick her up, so she has her own transport, and won't feel trapped or stranded. after the first date, ask if she would like to see you again, get a number, and call her tomorrow and set something casual up again. If all goes well, explain it all to her on your fifth date and she will appreciate your thoughtfullness!
