Well it's a 2 door, primarily V8, sports car and after the last 18 months or so of sales I think we have reached market saturation with most people that wanted and could afford it have purchased one...........some have tried Mustang and moved on, some probably not that many will be waiting for the 2018 model refresh. I'm not yet convinced that Ford Au have come to terms with the concept of a model that is refreshed annually, and how to manage that.

Cheers Mick

Australians have never been huge supporters of 2 doors and most brands decline after the initial flurry and my guess is some of the owners are finding out just how impractical they can be.

The same can be said for convertibles, on average it's too hot here in summer to have the top down and too cold in winner leaving a small window of opportunity to really use them.

We have a MY2017 Auto ( wife doesn't drive manuals).

Awesome car, aftermarket exhaust and it had been lowered an inch.

Go for it.

Ya know I am lucky enough to have a 2016 Mustang and a 2017 Wildtrak and I must say the first thing I do when I hop in the Ranger is turn all the tech off. It annoys the **** out of me.
In my opinion the only thing the Stang is missing is front sensors! That bonnet is so looong!
Love our Muzzie!!!

My dad has a new GT mustang, in Grabber blue, like the one for sale. Has black wheels and the black roof. I love it! The auto is actually lots of fun when in paddle mode and sounds great. Its a toy car for him.(and for me and my brother to hoon around in when we visit ) His other daily car is an fg xr6 turbo.

Funny, the other day he said to take it for a drive, said "dont get it impounded or crash it". Fair enough rules dad :-)

Did I mention how addictive the acceleration is? Pull out to pass someone at 90, you are doing 150-60 ish as you pull back in.

And yes, no one will ever sit in the back, so whatever rating downgrade it got for that doesnt count. Also lane departure and blackspot warnings are rubbish. Seriously get off the road if you dont know whats going on around you.

Convertibles are easier to clean, just drop the roof.
