I was gonna buy an E-Series from Mike Hunt. Thank God I found one up here. Didn't wanna say that I bought my E-Series Falcon from Mike Hunt...

Gettin back to the kangaroo, roo meat is the leanest healthiest meat ya can buy. I had wild donkey once up in the territory, tasted ok but a bit strong!

Macdonalds in Yass has a sign that says M Yass (The Golden arches logo) Open 6am - 9pm etc...I should get a pic one day.

If ya wanna cook a roo steak, ya can't cook it past rare-medium or it'll be tough as old boots. Pretty much gotta be bleedin to be tender enough to eat!
