I've never tried either, and out local supermarket no longer sells the 'kanga bangers' or any other Kangaroo meat, so I guess I'd have to find somewhere that sells it if I wanted to try it - then find out the best way to cook it...

If ya wanna cook a roo steak, ya can't cook it past rare-medium or it'll be tough as old boots. Pretty much gotta be bleedin to be tender enough to eat!
