Craig did several 13.5's and thought the track was crap.
I guess I should leave it to him to give his opinion....LoL
He smoked a few holdens so they must of found it tough too. :

Yep, it was certainly slippery although it gripped up near the end, got in a 13.4 though. When it was grippy I didn't launch with enough revs, it needs to be 3500+rpm. I keep missing those opportunities, it comes with experience, on to other exciting things now!

Last night one run was high 107mph, the others were mainly 105-106mph. The last run I had on the night was a beauty, it was against a Gen4 Maloo ute, great looking car! It had a few bolt on bits, exhaust and I think CAI. Early in the night he was mid to low 14's. We both ran off together, I bogged as usual and got a 13.606@106.34mph. The Maloo ran a 13.657@102.01mph(his PB for the night), we were neck and neck all of the way down the track. Mine started to pull in front just near the end, hence the higher mph, it was just a great drag race!

Oh jeez i'd hate to be that particular ute right now. He's fixed a few cars for the old man, got him to remove a few dents on my old car when i first got it. Had to get him out yesterday as some tool dented my car. He showed me his pursuit yesterday nuff said. Well atleast he's getting his fixed, mine's getting a new diff so atleast ford are willing to fix faults.

I remember your car had a vortech hanging off it, you said you took it off as it was useless without the edit's ability to remove tqe tags and the likes. You also mentioned that you wanted to put it back on as soon as you got the best out of it n/a. When you were selling your car you told me, i was actually very very keen till you decided to keep it.

Mate started at 3500rpm(adrenelian got the better of me) that turned into lots of wheel spin so I pulled back to about 2800/3000grand rode the clutch more, struggled with 60' times my best mph was 102.19 spose thats a good indicator of power.

All lies i tell ya. I am planning on spending a certain amount on my car, would love to go n/a but im not seeing the results im expecting vs the outlay. F/I is looking quite promising atm, now we have 3 routes to head down. Go the whimpy vortech, Kenne Bell twin screw (Yea baby) or Aps tt if it becomes available. Biggest factor for me is being able to insure the car once modded, it was a shitfight trying to get it insured stock.

Had a loud shudder coming from the rear at 6o + k's. Last week they said it was the exhaust hitting the diff and this week they tried telling me it was the way the rubber was wearing. After having a dummy spit they took rims and tyres off a brand new car & put them on mine, still made the nosie and a spicer rep came out and took the car for a run and confirmed it was one of the worst he's heard. He said it had a slight whine, horrible shudder and unhealthy bearing noise. Not bad considering the mech who went on the road test swore blind it was the front wheels.

I first noticed it the day i got it back from them after having an axel and 2 cv's replaced.

Wade leave it at 6000 rpm its your insurance policy..
unless you change your valve springs...
your lucky Wade at 6000 rpm....Rod, rodderz, Alex, and myself we had to do all our times on a 5850rpm limiter and its a hard cut..
are you eager to go agian?
