Are you sure about this. I'm not disputing what you say, it's just that I've never seen this documented anywhere.
The Windsor engine & parts don't get a mention anywhere in the XA parts manuals or any other paperwork that I can find. Do you have anything on this ? My understanding on this is that the Cleveland style 302 was fitted to XA from Day 1 & even though it was an Australian 'invention' it was built here using imported (351) Cleveland blocks with local cranks & pistons, until the Australian cast blocks came on stream.
