hey all,
as you can see<<< i have a 97 el fairmont not a giah however it has a giah bonnet emblem/hood ornament thingy. why would this be? its a second hand car so i dont know of the chosen factory options. but it could possibly have the sports suspention ? any input appreciated cheers, hayden

i can't make out anything from your picture
could be as simple as changed bonnet for some reason, or it was added by the previous owner. the Fairmont Ghia's didnt get the bonnet emblem, that was a Fairlane Ghia thing. Better/bigger pictures would help us being able to determine whats done to it

all the vin numbers are the same so that would eliminate the new bonnet. any way here is a picture i hope its easier to see.
oh yer ive seen another el fairmont(non giah) with one and then plenty without so who knows:

meh, I would say whoever owned it before liked the "prestigeous" look and had it put on there by his dealer. Some old people are like that....
