Default Got my GS tuned, big thanks to Blue Power

Got my GS tuned a couple of weeks back, huge (around 120kw!) power gain many thanks to the boys at Blue Power the car feels heaps better to drive now

I suggest if anyone else is thinking about tuning their 5.0l coyote they should do it!!

Cheers, Leigh

That's "unreal" Leigh, haha. Yeah so any other mods and what power did you start with?

Benny.

Thanks guys

The car only has a K&N air filter put on, has around 10,000kms on it and I always run BP ultimate fuel.

First run was 253rwkw, end result 370rwkw but this will obviously vary from car to car

P.S 'unr33l' is my skylines australia forum name due to having a 33GTR before this :p

Cheers, Leigh

How does it compare to your old GTR? Obviously traction will be an issue now with the GS.

Any plans for further mods?

Benny.

The GTR was definitely a more 'sporty' feel car the this is more luxury 'daily' spec, on long trips I would often get a sore back from the firm ride and seats my old GTR would beat the GS around a track easily, in a straight line it would do around a low 12 (260awkw with some basic mods like exhaust, cam gears and tune) so again quicker than a stock GS but now that it's tuned the GS would have it down the 1/4 mile as long as I could peddle it carefully off the line.

2 completely different great cars though, I had enough of driving the GTR stressing about the police pulling you over for no reason.

Future mods will be:
-Wider set of 19" wheels all round and grippy Nitto NT05s (worth mentioning I've already got Pedders coilovers on it which makes it feel much better)
-Brembos
-Exhaust (maybe a intercooler / pulley / injectors a bit down the track as well)

Leigh
