Default Fare Thee Well....

Well,

As of tonight my EF will be going to a new home. After owning the car for 5 years I have sold it to make way for something new and house deposit. Overall it was a good car, and I dont regret having it. There was the usual costs of a head gasket etc. but overall I suppose it didnt hit the hip pocket to many times.... except for mods of course :

I'll be moving on to something cheaper until I get into a house of my own early next year, and that will more than likely be an R31 Skyline. I still like my fords, and still part own an XW GT replica but I wont be going e-series for now, as I dont fancy the thought of an EA :

So its farewell from me, and I have told the new owner about the E-Series club. Hopefully he will sign up soon, and the car wont be lost to the club, and will still be seen on SA outings.

Cheers :
Lee

Bugger. Are you really saving that much going for an R31?

Well, She was picked up a couple of hours ago. Daniel is the new owners name, and will be joining up on here soon. Should be on the SA cruise on Saturday if he can make it he told me.

XRated: Im spending around 3-4k on an R31 and have the time to wait and find a grandpa skyline with less than 150k on it for that money. There is plenty of dungers thrashed within an inch of their life by P plater's around but I want a good one :P I currently get the bus to work as its only a 3 min trip into the city from my house so I dont need a car every day and still have the wifes N15 pulsar to get around in on weekends. This way I'll be keeping 3k towards house deposit with my savings.

EFFalcon: Yeah its been for sale for a while, but I wasn't really trying to sell it. Just had it advertised on a few forums, waiting for someone to pay what it believed it was worth. I got what I was after in the end, so it was worth the wait.

I will still browse these forums occasionally to keep up to date, but wont be at cruises etc. any more.
